Iraq faces economic challenges were not the result of time, it has resulted in accumulation of previous wars and disasters, as a result of irresponsible policies and undisciplined to the former regime, and the economic blockade suffered by Iraq since 1990, has left those policies deterioration in the situation of cultural and social economic and environmental reflected more or less on the general situation in Iraq and led later to create distortions, including the absence of development plans and paralysis of the private sector and the absence of role in the development process in addition to stop production and dependence on imported what Born economic chaos mayhem in the country.
