The rumor of an RV this week has been proven false and manufactured by the very source of the rumor on the site which made the announcement.  The author of the rumor manufactured a lie in order to demonstrate the gullibility of those who hold dinar and the countless lies by gurus who claim to know all. (Reuters) – Abdul Basit Turki Saeed Iraqi Central Bank Governor on Tuesday that Iraq plans to issue bonds in local currency for the first time since the overthrow of Saddam Hussein, which would allow the country’s new tool of monetary policy.

told Saeed told Reuters on the sidelines of a conference in Geneva that the first issue of bonds is expected to be worth three billion Iraqi dinars ($ 2.58 million). ,
