Iraqi parliament will discuss the causes of events in its upcoming session

Baghdad, March 4 (Rn) – The deputy of the National Alliance on Friday that Iraqi Council of Representatives will discuss the reasons for its upcoming events out in most Iraqi provinces, noting that leaders of political blocs will provide studies for the demonstrations after tabulation by the provinces.

He said Furat al-Shara told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that “the House of Representatives was supposed to discuss the Law of the National Council for the strategic policy and the three laws related to oil,” noting that “the conditions of the Iraqi street and demonstrations made by the Council suspend the discussions and to go to discuss the reasons for the demonstrations and its aftermath.”

Shara explained that “the House of Representatives will discuss the reasons for exit events in the majority of Iraqi cities, and will the heads of political blocs on their studies, especially after the events found in the field by members of the House of Representatives.”

And al-Shara that “the House of Representatives will be assigned several sessions to discuss the popular demonstrations to reach solutions on the demand.”

The head of the House of Representatives Osama Nujaifi called on all NPC deputies last week to go according to both his province to listen to the demands of the protesters and brought to the House of Representatives.

Baghdad is the number of Iraqi provinces, protest demonstrations since the fifth month of February last to demand better services and living standards of citizens.

Focused on the demands of citizens to fight corruption, improve services, increase the hours of processing power, and the delivery of the ration card on a regular basis without interruption, and to find effective solutions for the elimination of unemployment, the resolution and the dismissal of some governors and local councils.
