Economic Researcher: oil and gas law includes the establishment of Information Center Iraqi petroleum

The star said in a statement to contact the Agency (news) Friday: “This project in the event has been activated it for the first time the establishment of Information Center of Iraqi petroleum, which would help to bring long-standing expertise possessed by experts in the oil and gas, as law-making mechanism of the Supreme Council for Energy and which will be determined by management of oil wealth by (100%) and not to enter the political factor in the framework of the quota system, but it would be supportive of the capacity of Iraqi technical and development.

Reuters: Iraqi officials say rockets land in Iraq, not Kuwait

BASRA, Iraq (Reuters) – Three rockets fired in Iraq’s southern oil port city of Basra landed inside Iraq and were not aimed at Kuwait or the disputed Mubarak port, an Iraqi official said on Friday.

Ali al-Maliki, head of the Basra provincial council’s security committee, said the rockets were aimed at the former U.S. prison camp Bucca and had a range of only one kilometre.
