The Oil Ministry announced on Tuesday that Iraq’s oil production will reach sixty billion barrels in 20 years, while confirming that the expedition patches that were presented in the fourth round of licenses contain fifteen trillion cubic meters of natural gas.
The Minister of Oil Abdul Karim Laibi told ‘Sumerian News’, the ‘domestic production of oil during the next twenty years will reach sixty million barrels revenues estimated at five trillion dollars at the rate of $ 85 per barrel.’ (more…)

The Kuwaiti ambassador in Baghdad, said Friday that his country had begun development of legal and administrative procedures to facilitate the entry of Iraqi merchants to Kuwait in order to expand trade between the two countries.
